Impact + Results
As our Data 360 platform evolved to be central to Salesforce's CRM + Agentforce strategy, its complexity ballooned along with its scope. I spearheaded Ease of Use initiatives first focused on near-term wins, then designed forward-looking GUI + CUI/Agent concepts entering pilot in 2026.
Founded our Agentic UX Architecture workgroup which worked horizontally with Architects + Principals across Salesforce to build awareness + alignment of emerging CUI and embedded AI patterns and functionality.
I led the team that created the internal data+design pattern library, UI Kit, and design system guidelines to support the integration of our Data 360 platform globally across the product.
